Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement and Pre-Sales

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify the leads, qualify the opportunities and understand
    client requirements
  • Provide technical consultation and solution recommendations to customers

Technical Proposals and Presentations

  • Work with the presales team to prepare high-quality technical and commercial proposals
  • Respond to RFPs/RFQs and deliver compelling client presentations

Solution Design And Engineering

  • Collaborate with presales team to analyze project requirements and develop optimized system
    designs
  • Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure feasibility and compliance (if
    needed)

Vendor and Technology Coordination

  • Engage with leading technology vendors to select optimal solutions
  • Ensure compatibility, competitiveness, and compliance with specifications

Sales Support and Negotiation

  • Coordinate technical clarifications and lead during commercial negotiations
  • Support closing of deals by addressing client concerns effectively

Market Intelligence & Business Growth

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
  • Contribute to business development and strategic growth initiatives

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate technical documentation and sales reports
  • Support internal tracking of opportunities and pipeline through CRM

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering in related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in Sales Engineering / Technical Sales
  • Strong knowledge fire fighting systems for commercial and utility projects.
  • Familiarity with leading technologies and vendors in the field
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business solutions

Key Responsibilities

Technical Analysis and Proposal Preparation

  • Study project specifications, BOQs, and drawings for power systems and solutions
    coordinate with the team for scopes related to automation, safety and security (PASS)
    and fire-fighting requirements.
  • Prepare accurate, technically compliant and commercially competitive proposals
    tailored to project requirements.
  • Prepare cost estimates and support value engineering initiatives to optimize solutions.
  • Ensure proposals and quotations are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
  • Prepare technical submittals, system architectures, and integration requirements to
    ensure design feasibility. Contribute to the discussion with the customers, clients and
    the consultants to secure technical submittal approvals.
  • Handle preparation of prequalification documents following the different projects
    requirements with the support of marketing and sales support team.
    Pre-Sales & Client Engagement
  • Provide technical support to the sales team during the proposal and bidding phases.
  • Communicate directly with clients, consultants, and end-users to capture
    requirements and propose effective solutions.
  • Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions.
  • Follow up with clients, respond to clarifications, and update proposals as needed to
    secure projects.
    Supplier and Vendor Coordination
  • Contact suppliers and manufacturers to confirm system/component availability,
    pricing, and lead times.
  • Ensure supplier quotations and technical data are incorporated into proposals.
  • Coordinate with the vendors and the suppliers for the technical solutions as well as
    projects and pipeline coordination. Build the relations with the suppliers to ensure
    commercial support and preference as well as special pricing support.

Project Coordination Support

  •  Support the scheduling and planning of pre-sales activities to align with project
    timelines.
  •  Participate in design reviews, site visits, and coordination meetings with clients,
    consultants, and manufacturers.
  •  Ensure smooth handover to project execution teams with complete technical
    documentation.

Qualifications

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 3–6 years of experience in pre-sales, solution design, or technical support across
    multiple system domains.
  • Strong knowledge of power solutions standards and codes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, technical, and client teams.
  • Familiarity with government tender platforms (e.g., Etimad) is an advantage.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English languages is an advantage.
