Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and organize the executive’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
· Prepare and review correspondence, reports, and presentations.
· Maintain office systems, including data management and filing.
· Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
· Coordinate internal and external communication on behalf of management.
· Oversee office operations, supplies, and administrative staff.
· Assist in preparing documents for tenders, contracts, and project coordination.
· Support HR and finance with administrative tasks as needed.
· Ensure the office environment remains efficient, professional, and well-organized.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
· Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or Office Manager (preferably
in construction or engineering).
· Excellent command of English and Arabic (written and verbal).
· Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
