Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process including sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and purchasing.
- Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure favorable agreements.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with operations, supply chain, and finance teams to meet requirements.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and legal regulations.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Prepare procurement budgets, forecasts, and performance reports for management.
- Manage supplier performance and conduct regular evaluations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in procurement, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
- Experience with ERP or procurement software systems.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of procurement regulations and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and accounting standards.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, expenses, and payments.
- Support external and internal audit processes.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation.
- Assist management with financial analysis and decision-making support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA are an advantage.
- 2–4 years of accounting or finance experience (entry-level roles may accept fresh graduates).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., ERP systems, QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office (Excel proficiency required).

Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and organize the executive’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
· Prepare and review correspondence, reports, and presentations.
· Maintain office systems, including data management and filing.
· Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
· Coordinate internal and external communication on behalf of management.
· Oversee office operations, supplies, and administrative staff.
· Assist in preparing documents for tenders, contracts, and project coordination.
· Support HR and finance with administrative tasks as needed.
· Ensure the office environment remains efficient, professional, and well-organized.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
· Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or Office Manager (preferably
in construction or engineering).
· Excellent command of English and Arabic (written and verbal).
· Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
